I was able to decrypt it with the keydb.cfg file, not sure if this dump is still needed.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my set. No way to read the third disc, my drive is a Pioneer.

Have you enabled HDR in your settings?
In your Display settings should be a toggle to enable HDR for your connected monitor.
This toggle should show up if your GPU is HDR capable.

It is, it is a RTX 3060TIFE.

But I cannot find anything that says HDR.

I just finished ripping my FURIOSA_A_MAD_MAX_SAGA disc without issues on a Pioneer XS07S, so everything seems to point to a drive issue.
