Is one file created for each disc or one file captures them all each session?

Where do I find this file? MacOS.

I ran into the same issue. But since none of the info in this thread makes sense to me I'll wait, hope and pray that MakeMKV gets updated soon to support this new form of encoding.

I wasn't aware of it being out of service prior to this.

Don't know whether or not this means anything, but the page to purchase a license is showing, "The action is temporarily unavailable." Thinking this is not a good sign.
