Bought a key on Aug 2nd, and similar to wombat13, shot over an email to support@makemkv.com and no response. I too would rather have a key than the money back, since I've gotten so much mileage from the free keys already, but it's concerning that there hasn't even been an acknowledgement that someth...

I bought a key yesterday and still haven't received it as well even emailed support and there's been no response. im wondering if I should dispute the charge at this point. I bought a key on the 2nd and still haven't heard back either. I saw somewhere in this thread that the keys are being sent out...
