I just made my purchase, took about five minutes to get my key, no issues I have not been so fortunate. I purchased my license key over 5 hours ago through PayPro Global using PayPal and promptly got a confirmation email saying the transaction was complete, but that I had to contact support@makemkv...

A year later and we are back to the same issue.

Based on the other forum entries you have to send the email to support@makemkv.com and wait for Mike to generate your key. We are at his mercy of when he feels like checking.

Based on other forum entries, Mike is the only one who makes new keys and we are at his mercy. I am in the same boat as you. Email sent.... and now we wait.....

I just tried to purchase. The PayPro customer portal does not have a "Download License" option. Got the dreaded "contact support@makemkv.com" email.
