Re: 3D Bluray
XBMC cannot and will not in foreseeable future open 3D MVC format used in 3D Blu-ray. With hardware decoding it can, at least on proper NVIDIA cards. Actually opening up MVC and display in 3D? Or do you mean simply opening the AVC stream and ignore MVC stream? Like how 2D Blu-ray player would handl...

Re: Is 24p possible?
I think he/she meant 24 (23.976) progressive frames per seconds. MakeMKV does not re-encode the video. It makes no changes to the video other than decrypting and copying it to your hard drive. Re: 3D Bluray

Is 24p possible?
I use XBMC for my media playing and I use MakeMKV for a lot of my ripping of blu rays. I just remembered last night that my blu ray player and TV support 24p. Does MakeMKV have a way to rip in 24p format and is there any benefit picture quality-wise?

3D ripping support
I've been Googling this but I can't find an answer. I prefer MakeMKV over DVDFab as the quality is better. However, I need to be able to rip 3D MKV's which are viewable in XBMC. Does MakeMKV do this?

3D Bluray
I did a search and posts were 4 years old. Will the current version of MakeMKV rip and retain 3D video? If not is there a timeframe and/or beta?
