I haven't able to try it yet, but I am sure that once your MKV file has been saved, you shouldn't have to worry about it.

Is it okay to use Power ISO for giving different parts to your video before creating another MKV file as a whole?

I am currently using RemuxMKV if I want to play any MKV files to my iPad or iPhone. I am just thinking if Make MKV works like the same?

This has also been my problem when I am trying to insert a MKV file to a disc and then play it to my Bluray player.. How is it possible?
