I think I figured out a many of the episodes of the 3 disks. By looking at the Source File Names and the Segment Maps it looks like there are a few trends. Disk 1: The first two episodes only have 1 Segment map each. The 3rd episode I was unable to find an easy way of determining. Episode 1: Source ...
