am i suppose to be updating the firmware for my Blu-Ray Drive? if so how do i do it? whats going on here?

having issues with Revolution. i have been trying to rip it(Blu-Ray) for the last 45 minutes multiable times and this is what i am what i keep getting. in fact it is coming from multiable different drives and computers. the read rate slowly drops about half way through.
the errors are as follows ...

yes i have a key tp makemkv, just reset my laptop to make sure it was not the issue. but that was not it. still having the same issue with both makemkv and powerdvd.

PLEASE HELP!!! does anybody know what kind of player this is.... SHARP BD-BRD50_AQ 1.16??? i an getting all kings of errors on MAKEMKV and powerdvd will not even play blurays at all, only analog non-blueray disks. this is what i am getting when i am trying to rip.
