I have an issue that I have had for both 1.18.1 and 1.18.2.

When I press the software eject button on MakeMKV it doesn't eject in Windows (but the actual disc ejects).

It seems MakeMKV is not releasing the discs correctly, or something happens that makes this fail.
When I eject on the MakeMKV button it sometimes will not release.
