can't seem to upload image

this piece keeps popping off of my less than year old drive, purchased from a seller here on makemkv. i can just put it back on and it works for a couple discs, then back off it pops the drive has been used for about 2000 discs has anyone seen this before? is this something that I can just super glu...

these lists seem to line up to the VEI release in the giant "all of stargate (SG1, Atlantis, and Universe)" bluray set, for anyone searching in the future.
some seemed to have different playlist names, BUT the order of them seems to line up
