Got it! It wouldn't rip at first - even after downloading the latest SVQ file - but then I realized I didn't have the latest version of makemkv. I was using 1.7.0. So, I downloaded 1.7.1 (Mac) and it ripped perfectly. Thanks to all the staff for your hard work. I hadn't actually purchased the progra...
