To get a valid one, you should start a full disc backup (little folder icon in menu) and uncheck the decrypt box. Once the backup starts, wait about 20 seconds then cancel it. You should then hopefully have a valid discatt.dat file along with the MKB_RO.inf file ...

Ok, so 10th or 11th time's a charm, it finally ripped. I gave the disc a good clean after attempt number 9 but it still took a couple of goes. :D

It appears that MakeMKV can decrypt the disc but you seem to have power issues and probably a dirty disc. The drive is struggling so hard to read a section of the disc it is running out of power and losing connection.
