MakeMKV shows 4 versions on a BR from Netflix, 3 at 42.1GB and one at 41.5GB. None are identified as the correct choice. Which is the right one?

Most likely it's plex, you may want to check if it's doing "Direct Play" or if it's transcoding. You can check the info overlay on the device, or from the server look at the now playing to see. I'd take a look on the plex forum to see if others have Atmos working, I don't have a receiver ...
