Yeah, you were absolutely right. Duh.
It went through the process and said it was 100% done but when I open MakeMKV, it still registers the 1.05 firmware. Maybe it's encrypted?

I need a little help if someone would be so kind. Trying to flash a new BU40N (LG) from 1.05 to 1.03, using Terminal on MacOS. I'm getting a Drive Not Found error. It definitely sees it in the cmd just before. Would someone please take a look and see if perhaps I'm doing something wrong? TIA! -jscot...

Ok, so my general misunderstanding was that I didn't know there was a MacOS version of MakeMKV. That makes it MUCH easier!
