You should be able to play the disc in VLC, assuming you installed the correct java, aacs and libbdplus versions.
Use either "open directory" and choose the BDMV folder or "open disc", choose Blu-ray and then the parent folder, containing BDMV, CERTIFICATE and MAKEMKV folders.

Does the problematic disc have AACS v82 encryption? The disc has AACS v19 and BD+ v2010.9 protection. Sadly i don't have another drive at the moment. Did MakeMKV create a TGZ dump file for this disk? If so, perhaps post that file here please so that people can examine it? Can't find a TGZ dump file...
