Very strange... I tried a different USB port on the same hub and it worked absolutely fine!

Running as admin got me past decrypting but still too many errors to get anywhere... pretty sure it's just a faulty drive at this point (having tried a lot of dvds, blu rays and uhd discs)

I have the same drive, took the same steps and everything looked good. However all my attempts to make an mkv have failed so far. I suspect the drive itself is faulty so I would like to recover the original firmware so I can return the device. Unfortunately although I did use the read option first ...
