That's the first thing I do before I rip any disc, even if it's new (and these are).

This is a new one for me. MakeMKV rips the first of four titles, then starts spitting out a ton of errors on subsequent titles until it crashes completely. The title it successfully rips appears good, but the title it's ripping on crash is just a gray square. I've successfully ripped 20+ other discs...
