Is this still the best method for determining the right title to rip? Is it recommended to use PowerDVD over VLC and if so what version of PowerDVD?

Is their a Mac work around?

If MakeMKV finds a “Main Feature” title should I trust its right?

When I ran my bluray through AnyDVD HD it came up as 00469 as the correct file.

Just ran it though AnyDVD HD and it said "Java BD protection good playlists: 578" on my disc.

My AnyDVD HD 7.4.4.0 shows 00778.mpls as the correct playlist also.

On a side note, I just tried it though DVDFab trial and it worked fine. The file however has the DVDFab.com watermark since I didn't pay for it. I hope Mike can get MakeMKV to work. This is the only workout of the set that doesn't convert.

I just upgraded to the latest version of MakeMKV and now get "Failed to open disc". I tried on both my Mac and Windows 7 PC.

Any thoughts?

My ANYDVD detect 838 as correct.

I used 00800 and it came out fine on the US 3D version.
