Okay, thanks for the heads up, yeah ACL are a pain in the ass for sure, I wanted to make sure it wasn't MakeMKV's

Plex not recognizing new RIPs

So I’ve got TrueNAS scale and I've been using MakeMKV since quite some time (like 2-3 months), I have created a Plex dataset and all of my folders and files within the dataset work perfectly as I’m the owner and granted full access. The previous MakeMKV files worked as intended.

I used DE_LG_BU40N_1.03_MK.bin (with Enc ticked) only two days ago without any issue.


Ok so it worked but on SDF 1.3.5 not 1.3.6 but thanks for the heads up!

If the Pioneer drives are new, then they will almost assuredly come with firmware that's too new to support LibreDrive and thus they won't be able to rip 4K UHDs.

I was mainly saying that *people* said the drives were "too new" if I buy from Amazon there is no way of knowing if it will be ...
