nvm to complicated to flash dont want to risk for brick and ill just look at free automated alternatives if possible

Hello, can I downgrade the firmware on my exact drive I bought in 2025? :D TL;DR I bought a Verbatim HL-DT-ST BD-RE BU40N UHD Blu-ray drive (USB-C, 4K) but it can’t play UHD videos or rip UHD discs. It works for CDs but isn’t LibreDrive-compatible. Can I downgrade the firmware to fix this? I’m stuc...
