Hi there @Coopervid, I feel bad joining in on the "please PM me firmware" band wagon, but I foolishly bought a 43890 thinking I could use it for UHD blu-rays, not really understanding the distinction as this is my first foray into backing up disc content. I was hoping to find a resolution ...
