Hello, tried again today and now it works! Unfortunately I installed the newest version of keydb.cfg AND MakeMKV automatically downloaded the latest HK file. Therefor I cannot tell what makes the difference, even I feel it was the HK file. MakeMKV still complains about the "Newer version of AAC...

Hi, also got he error "Newer version of AACS / The volume key is unknown for this disc" for a brand new German Blu Ray disc set "Doctor Who (2023) Season 1 Discs 1-7" using the MakeMkv beta 1.18.1 with Ubuntu 25.04 and KEYDB.cfg starting from 2025-06-21 14:11:09. Tried several ti...
