I submitted one of them on March 4th, but still can't decrypt. Have you tried downloading the latest KEYDB.cfg file, copying it into MakeMK's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files) and restarting MakeMKV? Thanks for the tutorial. I know exactly how MakeMKV works with key...

It looks like someone saw this post and added these three BDs to keydb.cfg, but a generic key for v82 is still needed.
