@eang91 I did think that Flatpak was supposed to be reasonably save to use, but as I mentioned in my first post, MakeMKV is only listed in Mint 22 when you select 'unverified' Flatpaks. And it does have a kind of a red flag because of that. "Unverified" just means that the package is not ...

Try to downgrade to 1.17.6

For me that was the last version still working.

Hello, I was affected by the same problem: any makemkv v1.17.9 process would just hang forever (I'm on archlinux with makemkv compiled from source). The fix for me was to downgrade to v1.17.6: I had initially tried with 1.17.7, but that version would just segfault on start for whatever reason. I not...
