I have this same problem with District 9. cant get the "Alien Speak" forced subtitles to appear no matter what I try. seems if I want forced only subtitles, I have to rip it from the DVD copy. & that sorta kills the reason for having it on BR. Would be nice if MakeMKV could rip all sub...

Angles can vary greatly depending on the title. I have seen movies listing up to 3 diff angles. Angles are mostly used to incorporate "slightly different versions" of a movie on a single disc without actually having to incorporate 2 full separate versions. Examples: Angle 1 may be theatric...

Would be SO MUCH simpler if makeMKV could rip just the Subtitle files from a BluRay into .SRT files by adding the option "create Subtitle files separately from movie" & then letting you choose what subtitles you want to create, including just forced. Handbrake lets you easily import SR...

I was able to make a Backup of my Cars 2 using AnyDVD HD with MakeMKV. Sometimes, when a Movie is new, MakeMKV cant handle Disney's nasty DRM. Manufacturers are always trying to come up with new ways to keep you from exercising your right to back up your own movies with new & more annoying DRM m...
