It should be compatible and everyhting looks right. What USB port do you have it connected to? What OS are you using? Are you using the new SDFtool Flasher v1.3.6? Ensure there is no disc in the drive and the tray is closed. You should see a green check for both MT1959 drive platform and Encrypted firmware.
