I use tsMuxerGUI to create M2TS files from MKVs when I need them. I haven't found anything else (at least for Mac) that can create a M2TS from an MKV. The only time I use M2TS is for Adobe Premiere. It won't read MKV and seems to be pretty picky about what it will read.
I hope this helps.

Re: Unable to Use keys_hashed.txt File. What Am I Doing Wron
Well that is embarrassing. Yes, I DID read that and I THOUGHT that was the version I was running on my Mac. Oops. After installing 1.10.9 on my Mac, it works just fine. THAT is what I was doing wrong.
Thank you for your help.

Re: Unable to Use keys_hashed.txt File. What Am I Doing Wron
I can confirm there is a problem with the Mac version (on my Mac anyway). I tired to rip 0x8C1197288A6A299A394FE48DD239320958D96E68 HUNTSMAN_2 using the 01/15/2018 version of keys_hashed.txt but I get: MakeMKV v1.10.8 darwin(x64-release) started Debug logging enabled, log will be saved as xxxxxxxxxx...

Re: Unable to Use keys_hashed.txt File. What Am I Doing Wron
MakeMKV will likely find the file within some limits. When I downloaded the original one yesterday, I added "180114 " to the beginning of the file so that I could keep track of the versions in my own archive. When I copied it into the MakeMKV directory, I forgot to remove the date I had a...

Re: Unable to Use keys_hashed.txt File. What Am I Doing Wron
I downloaded the keys_hashed.txt file and placed it in my .MakeMKV directory where my KeyDB.cfg is (and has been working). If I try to rip a disc with the KeyDB.cfg file in the dir, it works fine. If I take that file out and place the keys_hashed.txt in that directory, I can't rip any discs includi...

Re: Unable to Use keys_hashed.txt File. What Am I Doing Wron
I have makemkv for Windows and Ubuntu 17.10. John Wick with version 1.10.9, failed to rip under Under Ubuntu, same with Expendables 3 uhd, and Now you see me uhd, but ripped under Windows. Thank you George. This is very valuable information. I suspect there may be some differences between the versi...

Re: Unable to Use keys_hashed.txt File. What Am I Doing Wron
Starting from version 1.10.9 MakeMKV supports additional key format, called “hashed keys”. This format is superior to KEYDB.cfg file format, as entries are smaller, have integrity checking, much faster to verify and have few other good properties. The downside is that this file format is MakeMKV-sp...

Re: Unable to Use keys_hashed.txt File. What Am I Doing Wron
I guess I should say thank for TRYING to help in your condescending a-hole way. Too bad the people with the biggest mouths usually don't know what the hell they are talking about. I didn't read anywhere that said the file had to be renamed to hashed keys.txt to work. Since this tidbit was so ...

Where are people getting the keys. They seem to have been taken down everywhere.

Re: Seamless Branching Audio Sync Problem (Cars 2)
I ripped the movie twice directly from the disc without using eac3to, demuxing, muxing, etc. In both cases, the audio was out of sync. That's sounds like, regarding the procedure I suggested, you used MakeMKV to create a "movie-only" backup, rather than, as I stipulated, a Full Disc backu...

@Big Pines I'm delighted that you've judged my last post to be useful ;>} You may have noticed in my last post, that I made my .MKV directly (No EAC3to, demuxing, muxing etc.) from my Full Disc MakeMKV rip. I'd suggest you try the same thing and see if your problem remains... (Gosh, I sure hope you...

Re: Seamless Branching Audio Sync Problem (Cars 2)
@Big Pine Whether you think my post is "worthy" of your response, I'll tell you (as at least one other member, "Lord Nimon" has), I've had no such problem with either a Full Disc backup of my "Cars 2" (Disc ID CARS2_D1, just like yours) or the .MKV I made directly from...
