Hi! I'm having similar problem with my Verbatim 43888. It works fine with 4k Blu-Ray like Ocean's 8 but cannot even read Slowhand at 70 4K - it keeps spining up and down or behave like there is no blu-ray inside. Sometimes after few tries it will work for few seconds but not enought to lounch MakeMK...
