I had the same issues reading the Wicked disk. Exchanged it through Amazon and the replacement ripped without issue. I've had this problem with a few disks.
The sing a long is just a subtitle track (track 4) on the "MainFeature".

For those wanting to know.. The Sing a long is just a subtitle track in the SEG_MainFeature track. Track 4 is the one.
