The drive is external, but is not USB powered. I tried 3/4 times, and I would say that the error is always in the same place, so I think the disc is wrong.

Today I ripped 3 films, and all of them was ripped with no problems

MakeMKV does it for you if it can't open a title that needs a key generated for it. You'll see in your log a location and a file ending in .TGZ. That's the dump file. In this ASUS works a LG drive, ASUS is "only" a OEM manufacturer, so you can flash the WH16NS60 1.02MK without problems.

Your drive is flashable. Flash directly to LG WH16NS60 1.02MK (no sleep bug) or ASUS 3.10MK (with sleep bug).

no problem I saw all the information and I think I have no problem flashing it, but I would rather ask before getting a brick but you said I can put the LG version, this is something new for me, and in the end it seems to be a better option than the Asus version (with the suspension bug) so I will try the LG version.
