Re: Adding core to TrueHD files on Mac?
Thank you for your response. I ended up figuring out how to use thdmerge with the borrowed laptop but couldn't get it to work on my older PC laptop (it was ignoring the THD file and creating a file the same size as just the ac3). I then found interleaveDolbyStreams Python tool and got that working s...

Adding core to TrueHD files on Mac?
Anyone know of a way to add a core to a TrueHD audio file? My player won't play mkv files which has TrueHD audio tracks that are lacking the core. I have a couple like this. I have the TrueHD and ac3 5.1 tracks that were separated into 2 tracks and need them back together. I found thdmerge Windows a...

Re: Burning 3D blu-ray from MKV
I went ahead and attempted it with the MVC moved into the 2nd position like I do when playing back from the file and it burned and plays correctly. I don't know that it need the position switch to work but it does. I can also skip chapters and rw/ff without issues.

Re: Player refuses to play BD-50 burn
I recall reading somewhere that I should remove the makemkv folder, is that not true? Or do I pull out the AACS folder to keep before deleting?

Burning 3D blu-ray from MKV
So I took the Jaws 3 UHD set and pulled the 7.1 audio from the UHD and synced it to the 3D blu-ray, combining my favorite audio and visual options. I am able to play this file via USB on my Sony BR player after processing with tsmuxer and moving the video streams into proper order and saving as m2ts...

Player refuses to play BD-50 burn
I just bought some BD-50 blanks and burned my first one. I just grabbed a blu-ray I had here as the test, which was Rocky Horror Picture Show 2015 blu-ray. Ripped with makemkv decrypted. Burned the CERTIFICATE and BDMV folders using Toast's BDMV mode. Burned finished successfully. Popped it in the S...
