The only new Pioneer's that can currently be flashed are the 5.25" internal BDR-212DBK and BDR-212V. If only ripping CD/DVD/BD and not UHD, then any blu-ray drive will work. It just won't have LibreDrive enabled. If I was you, I'd wait a bit longer as apparently support for newer Pioneer drive...
