So, I found where the error occurs with mkvmerge. There are 4 audio tracks, and the last one is the culprit. When I cut him out of the mkvmerge process, everything works fine. So, there must have been something wrong about what MakeMKV did with that track, or that track was mastered poorly.

I don't have the disk anymore, nor do I have the debug information, but even though MakeMKV reported no errors when making MKVs from this disk, the files have some problems. I cannot one of the titles through mkvmerge, and another title is reporting a muxing time of 107 minutes (5.18GB file, 1080p ...

I am inspecting the "Best Worst Movie" documentary dvd (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1144539/) and there is a 40-minute audio interview included on the disc. Problem is that MakeMKV does not find this track at all.

Can it be made to include this? When I look at the mounted iso in DVD Shrink 3.2, I ...

I have tried with two different discs, so I am assuming either there must be something about the disc that MakeMKV does not understand. I have tried with 1.6.14 and 1.6.15 to no avail. It occurs with title13.mkv only (and everything else rips fine).
