Sorry for the delay in writing back. I re-ran MakeMKV on my Mac and I found the other file. One was 23gb the other was 22.6. The 22.6 was the one with the movie the 23 was the commentary clip.

When I made my .mkv copy it was the commentary version not the movie. I wouldn't bring this up if I could just select a different movie file but the 22.3gb file is the only option which isn't even the movie. Anyone else having this issue in the US?

What is the proper step by step way to include subtitles when converting in Handbrake so that while I travel I don't need to bring my blu-ray for this movie and others like this...

file size is anywhere from 3.2gb - 6gb. Only select movies have issues though, not all.
