MakeMKV stuck in OS mode, no longer switches to direct access
As per above. I'm on macos 10.15.7 and MakeMKV 1.17.8. Back when things were working, it seems like it would 1) try OS mode, 2) fail, and then 3) switch to direct access mode. Lately more & more it's just the stopping after step 2. Rebooting has helped in the past, but not these last few days. H...
