As a workaround for now I've just ripped the M2TS file with Xreveal and the DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track now plays fine with Kodi.

Was able to rip this disc with no issues but both Kodi and Plex aren't reading the DTS-HD Master 5.1 track. It only plays the core DTS 5.1 track.
