So, I'm having this problem as well with the same disk. I believe now that 1.6.14 is out, there are more logging tools, could anyone please tell me what should I do and send so that this problem can be looked at? Is it the same as these instructions: http://www.makemkv.com/faq/item/8/catid/6 ? Or so...
