Re: HD-DVD to Blu-ray
Hi! There's certainly nothing about your need that should make anyone roll their eyes, as many of us (myself included) have or have had that very same need. Try the following in order to convert your ripped/decrypted HD-DVDs to BluRay: 1) Open tsMuxeR GUI 2) Click on the "Join" radiobutto...

HD-DVD to Blu-ray
I know that some of you are probably rolling your eyes at this one and I apologize. Before my HD-DVD drive dies, I would like to possibly convert some of my HD-DVD discs to Blu-ray. Does anyone have a simple, up-to-date tutorial with the latest / newest tools to convert an HD-DVD disc to Blu-ray? In...

Re: Problems playing back MKV files on Samsung BD-D6500 play
I've used DVDFab to shrink my MKV files that were created with makemkv to 8GB and they seem to play however, the audio seems to get out of sync. Any one else having this problem?

Re: Problems playing back MKV files on Samsung BD-D6500 play
Yeah, there isn't exactly a specific file size limitation...it's just that the larger files are just a bit to much for some basic players to handle...for some reason I'm not exactly sure of. If you have the program MediaInfo installed on your computer, you could use it to find out all the details o...

Re: Problems playing back MKV files on Samsung BD-D6500 play
The sole reason I purchased that blu-ray player to begin with was the fact that it was supposed to be able to play back MKV files. I had no idea that it would have a file size limitation. That being said, I'm going to try one of my smaller sized MKV files and see what happens. On that note, is there...

How to make MKV for Disney's UP
Has anyone had any luck on how to make a MKV from Disney's UP blu-ray (movie only)?
It seems to be made up of multiple files. Is there a tutorial for this one?

0 out of 30 day trial after install of 1.7.2?
Hello, I was recently running version 1.7.1 with over 20 something days left of my trial and decided to upgrade to 1.7.2. After installing it and trying to use the new version, I'm being told that there are 0 out of 30 days left from my trial. It's still allowing me to make MKVs (actually just in th...

Re: List of DVD/BluRay that haven't worked
@ottawaxblade Hi! After this problem occurred four times, did you try re-ripping another Blu-ray disc that you previously ripped without any playback problems? If not, try this now - If the same problem shows up, your drive is very likely the cause of your problem... @setarip_old Thanks for the sug...

Re: List of DVD/BluRay that haven't worked
I am having trouble ripping the bluray called The Switch (2010/11 Jennifer Aniston) to mkv. I've been able to rip well over 60 of my blurays with no issues up until this one. Rips fine with no errors mentioned. Audio plays fine, video seems all choppy almost like pause/play is being hit repeatedly. ...

Re: Wall.e Blu-ray to MKV help needed for English Audio, Ang
As per your request, I took a screen shot to show the info for each file in the 22.X GB range ( there are 9 files that are 22+ GB in size)
Still not sure how to determine the English track with English angle though.
Hope someone can help
*EDIT* just found out that i can only post 3 images max

Wall.e Blu-ray to MKV help needed for English Audio, Angle
I've had this posted in another section of the forum (wrong forum) and believe that im now posting in the right section. I've recently decided to rip my blu-ray collection to mkv files and for the most part, so far so good. With Disney Pixar blu-ray movies, there seems to be several files that are r...
