I sometimes get this message (which seems to be random): Unable to open file "some random m2ts file" in OS mode due to a bug in OS Kernel. This can be worked around, but read speed may be very slow. When this happens, I'm able to rip at speeds *vastly* better than when I don't see it. I ge...
