Are you sure you followed the instructions by the book? And no disc in drive and tray closed?
AhhhhhhI'm an idiot. I initially read your DM about removing the disk but forgot when I got around to actually flashing it.

I went through the tutorial but am getting "Failed to enter kernel mode." I'm on a Windows 10 PC and tried running BDRFlash as admin and also tried rebooting.

Pioneer BDR-208D - "No disk" for UHD

It very well could be that I'm missing something, but from what I've read on these forums, my drive should be able to read a UHD disk because it is enabled for LibreDrive. Am I wrong? Do I still need to do some extra flashing to get this to work? I have two UHD disks that just give a status of "...
