I did try with enc and same issue.

Still the same issue after taking off the panasonic connector. It's just a ribbon cable with sata connectors that converts to their hotswap bay connector. I did try with encryption with no luck. I’ll try taking their connector off and see if I can get sata connectors. If not then I’m thinking it’s something weird with this specific drive.
