Yup, same for me. I sent an email to Paypro Global and they CC'd me on an email where they were asking Mike/MakeMKV to respond to me, on my behalf.. and the next day I'm issued a refund without asking for one. Very strange.

Hope everything is all right. I'm going to just wait and see.

I just set mine to July 17, 2025, and it worked fine.

Yeah.. I was issued a refund (that I didn't ask for) and I was willing to wait. Seems a bit sketch, but a friend said it's common for vendors (Paypro Global) to just issue refunds in this case to protect their rating. I have no idea about that, but I wish this would get sorted. I really wanted a key ...

I can't believe this actually works, but it does! Or, at least it did when I tried a DVD. Going to have to try a blu-ray next. I swear I tried this in the past before I read about it here, and it DIDN'T work. Oh well, at least it does now. Thanks!

But this is a new situation. I've been using MakeMKV for over a year now, and this is a weird bug of some kind. DVD usage is supposed to be free, and will always stay free. It's the Bluray usage that is supposed to trigger a "Need new Key" or "Need new version of the software" but not for DVDs. Or ...
