I found out that my older usb-c hub had ports that failed. The new Anker hub fixed the issue and ripping Songs From the Big Chair now.

Nothing changed in my setup. I did load a blu-ray that I had previously ripped and it did not get recognized by either finder or MakeMKV. I did just order a new Anker usb-c hub to see if there is some issue with my current one.

I am running Sonoma 14.7.4 on an M1 MacBook Air. I downloaded the lastest 1.18.2 MakeMKV. It no longer is able to see my USB-connected Samsung SE-506 external Blu-ray drive. I had no issues with this in the prior MakeMKV version. I do have a dual USB-C hub that provides the USB-A ports. This all did...

SCSI Error Ripping Dark Side of the Moon Blu-ray
I am trying to rip the recent Atmos mix of Dark Side of the Moon on Blu-Ray. I am getting SCSI errors. See details below on the error and my Samsung Blu-Ray drive connected to my MacBook Air M1.
