I, too, am yet another satisfied customer. Purchased a Pioneer BDR-S13UBK which arrived today. Once installed everything worked. I am just starting my 4K library but i was able to effortlessly rip a UHD disc and playback in VLC and Plex. Also have been ripping dvd and Blurays without issue. Thank yo...
