Have you tried copying the latest KEYDB.cfg file into MakeMKV's data directory (i.e. where MakeMKV also writes its TGZ dump files), and then restarting MakeMKV?
Disc 1 and 3 worked,

Disc 2, and 4 failed to open due to encryption reasoning
