In the usage.txt for the command line options (https://makemkv.com/developers/usage.txt) I found a reference to the Source-/Header-File apdefs.h. But I don't know where to get that file.

A lot of "slide shows" are collections of still images with time delays. They may seem like they're 20 or 30 minutes long, but actually they're just a few seconds. Try setting your MakeMKV to rip EVERYTHING, and not ignore "short" tracks (under 2 minute usually). The "Minim...
