I ripped all the BTVS DVDs without error using, er... an older 1.6.x version of MakeMKV. In Fact, BTVS was one of the first TV series I ripped.
My DVDs were Region 2 and the first release using the plastic cases, rather than the paper fold out cases.
I have these discs and get the exact same ...
