Thanks for your recommendation mike admin (and wtffilm for creating this topic) but unlike wtffilm I continue to receive the 'The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted' error message when taking the 'full disc backup' approach. I have attached my debug log file for your ref...
