My pioneer drive just died. When i turn on the computer it is not showing up in the bios. Really strange. If you get anymore I would be interested in another one. It was my favorite ripping drive for UHD! I have an LG and just flashed a new Archgon but the Pioneer worked better than all of them for ...

I purchased two new USB-C Archgon drives as my old USB 3.1 drives I have accidently busted over past 2 years. I took them apart switched the new drive to the old USB 3.1 case. I can confirm that the new drive flashes completely the same as the old one. I ripped a 4K UHD movie with no issues at all ...

Firmware is from link above zip file downgrade enabled firmware v.2. I am trying to flash DE_LG BU40N_1.00.bin with the SDFtool Flasher (v1.3.5). I am not familiar with what enc is?

This is all I can find in Windows Device Manager. I am assuming that 1.04 is likely the firmware so I am probably screwed with UHD on this drive.

Got this drive to use to rip my UHD drives to use in Meida Server at home and it works great with DVD Fab ripping blu-rays but not recognizing by UHD discs. Do I need to change the firmware.
