1.02 I think for the 213JBK and 1.03 for the other 2 models but you won't find any with the older firmware in any stores. The only way to get one with the older firmware is from a seller on this forum. So... How the sellers here can find drive with 1.02 or 1.03 version if there's none sell it... ou...
